Inter and Sevilla keen on Giovani

Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Giovani dos Santos could be set for a move to Sevilla, where he may again team up with his younger brother Jonathan, or to Inter Milan.

• Giovani advised to leave Spurs

Andalucian paper Estadio Deportivo reported on Friday that the player's lawyer, Vicente Monte, had apparently told Mexican media Sevilla and Inter Milan were among a number of clubs interested in signing him.

"Spurs are looking to find a club which would make all three parties happy," Monte said. "There are a number of teams interested. Teams from Italy and Spain are the closest [to sealing a deal]. Inter Milan are one of the interested clubs, and Sevilla are another."

Giovani, 23, has featured little for Spurs since signing from Barcelona for 5.25 million in 2008, but impressed on loan in La Liga with Racing Santander during the 2010-11 season.

He has also starred regularly for Mexico, both at World Cup 2010 and then this summer's Olympic tournament, where he was key to Los Aztecas reaching the final but was then injured for the deciding game.

The player could be joined at Sevilla by his brother Jonathan, who Estadio Deportivo reports is set to arrive at the Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan on loan should Barcelona wrap up the signing of Arsenal midfielder Alex Song.

Jonathan, 22, is a more defensive midfielder, and impressed for Barca B in Spain's Segunda Division last season.
