Rennes boss prepared for M'Vila exit

Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila will leave the club at the end of the season, according to his manager Frederic Antonetti.

M'Vila, 21, has long been linked with a move away from the Route de Lorient and team-mate Kader Mangane recently tipped him to sign for Arsenal or Real Madrid.

Rennes have previously denied that they would be willing to sell the France international, who has established himself as a regular for Les Bleus since Laurent Blanc took charge in 2010.

But Antonetti now appears to have finally admitted defeat in his bid to hold onto the talented midfielder.

"Yann M'Vila won't be a Stade Rennais player next season," Antonetti told Radio Monte Carlo.

The likes of Liverpool, Inter Milan and Tottenham have also been touted as potential suitors for M'Vila in recent months.
