Clyde will look to bounce back from a disappointing start to the New Year when they lost 4-1 to Queen's Park by seeing off visitors Annan.
They are again without Gavin Brown, who has a hamstring problem, and Iain Gray has been ill with tonsillitis.
Bully Wee boss Jim Duffy said: "We got a spanking from Queen's Park and it was a very disappointing performance to begin the New Year with.
"Hopefully the players will respond in the right manner as they have been told that it was nowhere near good enough.
"I have watched Annan's performance against Rangers on Wednesday and they did very well.
"Whilst we have beaten them twice this season, we know that we will have to up our game to do so again.''
Annan will have interim manager Euan Brydson in charge for a fourth time as they head to Clyde with only striker Graeme Ramage missing through a knee injury.
Brydson is out to ensure that there is no post-Rangers hangover from his men.
"This game has less focus than the live TV match against Rangers but it is worth the same amount of points,'' he explained.
"If we go into it with anything less than our total concentration then we will not come close to securing a win.
"I am really enjoying my spell in charge and preparing for this game is very different to the last one but we will be playing on an artificial surface similar to our own one so hopefully we can settle down quickly."
