Nancy defender Jordan Loties has urged his team-mates to go and "have fun'' when they take on Ligue 1 leaders Paris St Germain at the Parc des Princes tomorrow.

On paper Nancy would appear to have little chance against coach Carlo Ancelotti's side as they go into the game one place and one point off the foot of the table.

But after a horror run of 20 league matches without a win, Nancy have given themselves a glimmer of hope of survival with three wins in their last six games, including a 2-1 win at Sochaux last weekend.

As for PSG, they have suffered surprise defeats at Sochaux and Reims in recent weeks leaving second-placed Lyon just two points behind.

Assessing his side's chances, Loties said: "Because of those two defeats I do not think it will affect and change the way they are going to play.

"They are playing at home, they will want to win in front of their fans, and with their players they do not need to worry about their opponent.

"Yes, we won at Marseille (earlier in the month), but you cannot compare. For us, this trip to Paris is one more game to earn points and also have fun.

"I don't think it will be a closed game. They will not play for a draw and neither will we.''

Suggested to Loties that Nancy often play better with nothing to lose, he replied: "This is true.

"The pressure is less and it is easier for us. We are more free, but we cannot fall into a trap of euphoria after our win at Sochaux.''

Remarkably, Nancy have won more matches than they have lost at the Parc des Princes - 10 to eight - which includes a 1-0 victory last season.

Loties added: "We should just be happy to play in a big stadium, in front of a passionate crowd and remember what we managed last season.''

PSG go into the game on the back of reaching the quarter finals of the Champions League with a 3-2 aggregate victory over Valencia.

With Ancelotti's side still in the hunt for three trophies this season, midfielder Blaise Matuidi said: "There are not many teams in Europe in this situation.

"We will fight to the end to go as far as possible in all three competitions.

"In the Champions League, the motivation is obvious, but that does not mean we are not motivated for the league - far from it.

"It's just the European matches, they are something else. The league is first, but it is not so easy.''

Ancelotti is without three players through in injury in Alphonse Areola, Christophe Jallet and Thiago Motta.
