Birmingham boss Lee Clark will have goalkeeper Darren Randolph, defender Mitch Hancock and midfielder Shane Ferguson all available for the visit of Ipswich.

Randolph missed the controversial midweek Capital One Cup tie with Yeovil after suffering a broken nose in a clash with Leicester's Jamie Vardy last Saturday while Hancock has been struggling with an ankle knock.

Newcastle loanee Ferguson picked up a groin injury at the King Power Stadium but could be called upon by Clark following his recovery.

Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Akwasi Asante is a doubt with a hamstring problem which has kept him out since his recall from a loan spell at Shrewsbury.

Ipswich boast a pretty much fully-fit squad.

Defender Tyrone Mings, who has this week penned a new deal with Town, is the only absentee and is expected to return to training during the forthcoming international break.

Every other member of Mick McCarthy's squad has trained this week and is available to face a Birmingham side who, like Ipswich, have just one league win to their name this term.

McCarthy started his Town reign against Birmingham at St Andrew's last November, clinching a 1-0 debut success to end the club's 12-match winless run.
