Al Shabab took over at the top of the Saudi League thanks to a 6-1 rout of Hajer.
The home side broke the deadlock through Mukhtar Fallatah five minutes before the interval and although Mohammed Al Khameas levelled two minutes into the second period, Nasser Al Shamrani's double plus strikes from Ahmed Ateef, Fahad Al Hamad and Abdumalek Al Khaibri settled the contest in Al Shabab's favour.
Al Ahly climbed to fourth with a 2-1 win over Al Qadissiyyah. Ahmed Darwish Faraj gave Al Ahly an 11th-minute lead and although Hadj Bougueche levelled before half-time, Camacho grabbed the winner six minutes from the end.
Al Faysali and Al Tawon played out a 1-1 draw, Salaheddine Aqqal opening the scoring inside the first minute for Al Tawon before Dario Jertic levelled prior to the break.
