Santos sporting director Pedro Luiz Nunes Conceicao has revealed Real Madrid are unwilling to pay Neymar's release clause and insists his club will not negotiate.

• Santos intend to keep Neymar
• Barca and Madrid fight for Neymar
Despite a stream of mixed messages, Neymar has been expected to sign for Madrid for some time and it was thought Madrid had agreed to pay his €45 million release clause.
However, Nunes has now told Marca: "We can't understand how a club can spend €30 million on a defender like Coentrao and won't pay 45 for a forward who will provide goals and entertainment.
"We have no intention of opening negotiations for Neymar right now. He wants to stay and we want him to stay."
He added: "[Real Madrid] think money is everything in life, but that is not always the case. There are other values in life."
