Maicon is unlikely to leave Inter Milan this summer, according to his agent.
Maicon, who turns 30 next month, had said he would discuss a potential move to Real Madrid following the Copa America, with Jose Mourinho said to retain an interest in the Brazil right-back.
With Inter signing full-back Jonathan from Santos earlier this month, there had been speculation Maicon would be allowed to move on, but agent Antonio Caliendo does not expect that will be the case.
"I don't think Maicon will move away from Inter," Caliendo told Gazzetta dello Sport. "It's a decision that will be made by president Massimo Moratti. If an offer of a certain value does not arrive, I doubt that Moratti will sell him."
Maicon has two years remaining on his Inter contract.
