Real Madrid target Fernando Llorente insists he is happy to stay at Athletic Bilbao and will "give his all" to get a result against Los Blancos at the weekend.

Spain striker Llorente has been continually linked with a move to the Bernabeu, but the 26-year-old has said he wants to remain at San Mames for the next few years.

"My future lies with this club. I've always said this is the case and nothing's changed. My current contract runs two more years and I'm feeling very relaxed," Llorente told Spanish newspaper AS.

"I'm feeling very well here and I don't care that my eventual contract extension could be used in the upcoming presidential elections."

Despite all the talk about his future, Llorente remains fully focused on Athletic's La Liga clash with second-placed Real in Bilbao on Saturday and thinks his Basque side can get a result.

He said: "It will be a tough game as Real Madrid won't give up on the title just yet. I'm sure that [Jose] Mourinho's men will be keen to get a good result. We play at home though and will give our all to get something from this game."
