Southampton's reward for ousting Blackpool on Saturday is a home game against Manchester United in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup.
The two sides met in the competition in the Third Round in 2009, with United winning 3-0. And United won 4-0 at St Mary's in the Quarter-finals in 2005.
Everton will host Chelsea, who beat Ipswich Town 7-0 on Sunday, while other all-Premier League ties are Bolton-Wigan, Fulham-Tottenham and Aston Villa-Blackburn.
Stevenage, who knocked out Newcastle United, are rewarded with a home tie against Championship side Reading while Notts County will play Manchester City.
