Serie A strugglers Brescia, who have not won a league game since September 22, have sacked coach Giuseppe Iachini.

Brescia 3-0 defeat at AC Milan on Saturday dropped the promoted outfit to 17th in the standings and proved to be the last straw for the board, who plan to announce a replacement in the next few days.
A statement from the club read: "Brescia announces with great sadness the dismissal of Giuseppe Iachini as coach of the first team. The club wishes to thank the coach for his professionalism and for having guided the club to Serie A.
"We wish Iachini the best luck in the future. We will announce as soon as possible the name of his successor."
Iachini, 46, led Brescia to promotion to Italy's top flight last summer in his first season at the club.
Former Siena coach Mario Beretta will replace Iachini.
A statement from the club read: ''Brescia announces an agreement with Mario Beretta to coach the first team. Beretta will begin coaching the team tomorrow afternoon.''
