Hamburg sporting director Bastian Reinhardt has warned Juventus to up their €12 million offer for Netherlands winger Eljero Elia.
Juventus are currently reshaping their squad after a disappointing season in Serie A and Europe, and they have seemingly now targeted Elia ahead of CSKA Moscow's Milos Krasic to play out wide.
However, amid rival interest from Wolfsburg, Reinhardt has warned Juve will have to substantially raise their bid if they are to be successful.
"Juventus have made a bid of €12 million," he told Bild. "We don't consider that to be a serious offer. If there is real interest in the player then a serious offer is required.
"Elia's agent has informed us that Juventus and Wolfsburg have contacted him, but nothing has arrived from Wolfsburg. If we decide to sell Elia then we have to get the necessary funds in to buy two or three new players."
