Hernan Dario Gomez in talks to return to Ecuador
Colombian coach Hernan Dario Gomez is holding talks with Ecuador over a potential return to the national team.

Gomez, also known as El Bolillo, led Ecuador to the World Cup for the first time in their history in 2002 but resigned after the 2004 Copa America.
Ecuador reached the second round of the 2006 World Cup, where they were eliminated by England, but they failed to qualify for this year's tournament in South Africa.
The Ecuadorean Football Federation (FEF) has now confirmed talks have been held about Gomez returning to the side and the body hopes to unveil the coach after the World Cup in the summer.
"Everything points to Hernan Dario Gomez becoming the new coach of the Ecuador team," FEF president Luis Chiriboga said. "This first step (of talks) has been positive."
Gomez has also had spells in charge of Colombia and Guatemala.
