Barcelona should not worry about Real Madrid and must concentrate on analysing how they can improve, goalkeeper Jose Manuel Pinto said.
Real can climb above the champions into top spot in La Liga with a win at Osasuna later on Sunday, after Barca were held to a 1-1 draw by Villarreal on Saturday, the first points Pep Guardiola's undefeated side have dropped at home this season.
"We shouldn't be concerned about what Madrid are doing, we should only worry about what we do," Pinto, second-choice keeper behind Victor Valdes, said at a news conference.
"(We have to) look at ourselves and analyse ourselves and improve," he added.
Barca have 40 points from 16 matches, with Real in second on 37 ahead of the match in Pamplona (2000 GMT), and both sides have a goal difference of plus 27.
"Every time we don't get the three points you think about how it could have happened," Pinto said.
"I think we planned the match very well but Villarreal did too and they made it extremely hard for us. We didn't play badly but there are improvements to be made."
