Mourinho eyes future in Spain after Inter stint

April 1, 2009

Jose Mourinho on Wednesday ruled out moving to another Italian club when his time is over at Inter Milan.

The Portuguese, linked in the media with future stints at Manchester United and Real Madrid, is close to winning the Italian scudetto with Inter in his first season in charge.

"After Inter, when it's over, I won't be in Italy. But I have a contract for two more years and I want to continue," he told Italian television show Chiambretti Night.

The former Barcelona assistant coach, who claimed two Premier League titles with Chelsea, repeated his wish to one day win the Spanish league.

"My dream is to win the three most important championships. One day I want to win in Spain," he said before being treated to a dance from a near-naked model on the famously bizarre show.

Mourinho was unsure if Inter would again bid for Chelsea striker Didier Drogba in the close season.

"Drogba is a great player with a year left on his contract. I don't know if Inter have the money to afford him," he said.
