Aston Villa defender Carlos Cuellar admits he is living his dream as he homes in on Champions League qualification.
The 27-year-old Spaniard, a £7.8million summer signing from Rangers, is relishing the chance to test himself in the Premier League, and with Villa flying high, has set his sights even higher.
He told the club's official website: "It was a big opportunity for me to come to one of the biggest clubs in the Premier League.
"From my first day, everyone was very friendly and welcomed me, which was a big help.
"We have a young team and we are very together. It will be difficult, but I believe we are capable of achieving Champions League football next season.
"Every day is a dream for me. Ever since I was young, I have wanted to play in England.
"When I get up, I feel happy because this is what I have always wanted."
Cuellar arrived in the Midlands with limited English despite his season in Scotland, and has since been working hard to improve his language skills.
That includes watching two subtitled films a day with a dictionary at hand to clarify any words he does not understand.
