AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani insists coach Carlo Ancelotti will remain with the Rossoneri despite reported interest from Chelsea.
The Italian coach is one of the names being linked with the vacant managerial post at Stamford Bridge following the sacking of Avram Grant.
Roberto Mancini, who was dismissed by Inter Milan on Thursday, and Portugal boss Luiz Felipe Scolari are other contenders.
Galliani claims that Chelsea have made the Milan boss their number one choice, but insists there is no chance of the seven-times European champions letting their manager go.
'Ancelotti is very happy at Milan. Milan don't sell their players, let alone the coach,' he told Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
'It's true that Ancelotti was top of Chelsea's wish list. It's true that the English side have, or had, an eye on two Italian coaches, and one was Ancelotti.
'There are no offers. Ancelotti is Milan coach, and we are going to continue forward together.'
