PARIS, Feb 4 (Reuters) - France forward Franck Ribery has pulled out of the France squad for a friendly against Spain on Wednesday in Malaga because of a sore left thigh muscle.
'He needs to rest for three weeks,' France coach Raymond Domenech told a news conference on Monday. 'We will not call up anybody to replace him.'
Ribery sustained the injury in his Bayern Munich side's 2-1 Bundesliga win at Hansa Rostock on Friday.
