RENNES, France, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Stade Rennes general manager Pierre Dreossi is to quit coaching the Brittany side on Monday, the Ligue 1 club said on Sunday.

Dreossi, club chairman Frederic de Saint-Sernin and main shareholder Francois Pinault will meet on Monday to discuss the new structure of the club's technical staff, a club spokesman said.

Dreossi was appointed Rennes manager and coach when Laszlo Boloni left the club in 2005.

Rennes are 13th in Ligue 1 following six consecutive defeats.
