Bruins suffer first-ever loss to Cal State Northridge

The UCLA men's soccer team suffered its first-ever loss to Cal State Northridge, losing to the host Matadors, 3-0, Saturday. Northridge scored three goals in a 10-minute span in the second half to claim the victory.

The Matadors pressured UCLA offensively throughout the entire game, recording 15 shots of which Bruin goalkeeper Brian Perk made a season-high eight saves in the contest.

Michael Clegg scored Northridge's first goal after taking a pass from Fergie Agwu. Further goals from Ben Cox and Camilo Rojas put the game away.

The Bruins' record drops to 3-4-1, while Cal State Northridge improves to 4-2-1.
