League Two: Darlington back on top of table

Darlington reclaimed top spot in League Two as they continued their unbeaten start to the season with a 2-0 win at Rotherham.

Pawel Abbott took just 10 minutes to give the Quakers the lead before a Gregg Blundell header wrapped up the points after 76 minutes.

Shrewsbury find themselves in third position in the table after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Stockport.

Dave Hibbert gave the Shrews a 25th-minute lead but Adam Proudlock cancelled the goal out seven minutes later for County.

Hereford lost ground on the leading pack after they slipped to a 1-0 defeat at home to Macclesfield.

Francis Green was on target in the 82nd minute, firing home from 12 yards after being played in by Martin Gritton.

Anthony Thomas' 48th-minute goal cancelled out Ben Strevens' opener as Barnet held Dagenham and Redbridge to a 1-1 draw.

Grimsby's poor form continued as they were humbled 4-1 at Accrington, with Andrew Proctor and Paul Mullin both on the scoresheet twice.

Proctor opened the scoring in the 29th minute before Mullin made it two three minutes after the break.

Paul Bolland halved the deficit with a header after 57 minutes before Mullin notched his second (69) and Proctor rounded things off with a close-range header in injury time.
