West Ham and Manchester City are battling to secure the services of Sevilla striker Kepa Blanco on loan until the end of the season, according to the player's agent.
The 22-year-old has reportedly been a target of other Premiership clubs, including Charlton and Everton in the transfer window.
'Sevilla is evaluating two offers from West Ham and Manchester City for Kepa,'' the player's agent Alvaro Torres said.
'Both offers are six-month loan deals.
'The club should make a decision later today.'
Kepa is keen to leave the Primera Liga leaders after struggling to hold down a regular first-team place this term. He has scored three goals in nine league appearances this season.
