Sheffield United manager Neil Warnock has revealed a striker and midfielder are top of his list when the January transfer window opens.
However, the Blades' impressive recent run means fewer players are likely to arrive at Bramall Lane.
He told the Yorkshire Post: 'Because of the way the team has responded in the past few weeks, we're looking for a lesser number of players than we were six weeks ago.
'I'm looking to bring in another striker, for definite, and possibly another midfield player.
'I am looking for players who can come on and change a game, like Paul Peschisolido used to do for us. What I call the icing on the cake.'
