NEW YORK -- Houston Dynamo coach Dominic Kinnear and assistant John Spencer were fined $1,000 each by the MLS disciplinary committee on Wednesday for inappropriate conduct toward officials.

Kinnear and Spencer were sanctioned for confronting the officials after the Dynamo's 3-2 loss to Chivas USA on Saturday.
