AMSTERDAM, Aug 29 (Reuters) - Ajax Amsterdam midfielder Wesley Sneijder pulled out of the Dutch squad for next month's Euro 2008 qualifiers against Luxembourg and Belarus on Tuesday citing personal reasons.

Sneijder, 22, also withdrew from the squad for the friendly with Ireland in Dublin two weeks ago as his wife was due to give birth. The couple are still awaiting the baby's arrival.

Sneijder was replaced in the squad by uncapped AZ Alkmaar midfielder Demy de Zeeuw, a member of the Dutch side that won the European Under-21 championship in Portugal in June.

The Dutch will also be without Hamburg SV playmaker Rafael van der Vaart after he pulled out with a thigh injury on Monday.
