Former Manchester United star Jesper Olsen is undergoing tests in a Melbourne hospital after collapsing with a brain haemorrhage.
The Dane scored 24 goals during his five years at the club and was part of the 1985 FA Cup final-winning side.
Olsen arrived in Melbourne three years ago and lives there with his wife and four children.
A statement from Olsen's company, Proactive Sports Management Australia, confirmed he was admitted to hospital on Thursday after suffering a sub-arachnoid haemorrhage.
It added: 'He remains under observation and will undergo further tests.
'His family strongly request that their privacy be respected at this time.'
