ROME, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Inter Milan have signed Brazilian winger Cesar from Lazio on loan, the Serie A side announced on Tuesday.
The 31-year-old, who is one of the fastest left wingers in Serie A as well as being an accurate crosser of the ball, was brought to Italy from Brazilian club Sao Caetano by Lazio at the start of the 2001-02 season,
He was a regular starter under Inter coach Roberto Mancini when he was in charge of the Rome-based team between 2002 and 2004.
Cesar is the fourth player to follow Mancini north to Inter from the Italian capital after defenders Sinisa Mihaljovic and Giuseppe Favalli, and midfielder Dejan Stankovic.
As part of the deal Lazio received a half share of midfielder Alberto Quadri, as well as the loan of Inter's youth team striker Guilherme Siqueira.
