PARIS, Jan 18 (Reuters) - AS Nancy joined Nice and Le Mans in the semi-finals of the French League Cup after a 1-0 win over Ligue 1 bottom club AC Ajaccio on Wednesday.

Sebastien Puygrenier scored the only goal in the 25th minute, heading home a free kick from Benjamin Gavanon.

On Tuesday, Nice defeated Girondins Bordeaux 2-1 after extra-time and Le Mans ousted second division Guingamp 3-2 on penalties.

Toulouse host Monaco in the last quarter-final later on Wednesday.
