MADRID, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Spain will play a World Cup warm-up friendly against Russia in Albacete on May 27, the Spanish Football Federation said on Thursday.

Luis Aragones's side, who qualified for the Germany finals through the playoffs, are in Group H alongside Ukraine, Tunisia, and Saudi Arabia.

They open their World Cup campaign against Ukraine in Leipzig on June 14.

Russia failed to qualify.
