Japan wing-back Yuto Nagatomo has signed a contract extension with Inter Milan.

Nagatomo, 26, joined Inter from Cesena in 2011 and has gone on to make 86 appearances for the Nerazzurri.

A statement on the club's official website read: "FC Internazionale is pleased to announce that Yuto Nagatomo has signed a contract extension with the club.

"All the paperwork relating to the Japanese defender's new deal, which runs until June 2016, has been completed."
