FC Twente reclaimed top spot in the Eredivisie after comfrotably defeating Feyenoord 3-0 on Sunday evening.

Dusan Tadic proved to be the hero for Twente, after he set up Nacer Chadli for the opening goal after only nine minutes.

The hosts then doubled their advantage through Luc Castaignos eight minutes later, before Tadic sealed the win with a 77th-minute free-kick.

Steve McClaren's side are now one point clear of PSV at the summit of the Dutch top-flight.

Elsewhere, NEC edged out Groningen 2-1. Michael de Leeuw put Groningen ahead, but second-half strikes from Victor Palsson and Geert Roorda gave NEC the victory.

AZ Alkmaar lost by the same margin at home to VVV, while NAC Breda earned a 2-1 win over RKC Waalwijk.
