Reports in Italy have suggested that struggling AC Milan have an agreement with their former player Frank Rijkaard to replace under-fire coach Massimo Allegri.

With the Rossoneri suffering a third consecutive defeat away to Malaga in the Champions League on Wednesday, the pressure for a change of coach is growing.

Club vice-president Adriano Galliani, however, gave journalists asking about Allegri's future short shrift, snapping: "It will not be Allegri's last night. Stop it with this story. It's become nauseating."

Pep Guardiola, Alessandro Costacurta and current assistant coach Mauro Tassotti have been mentioned as possible replacements should Allegri be sacked.

But Italian television reporter Alfredo Pedulla suggested that a deal with Rijkaard - now in charge of the Saudi Arabian national team - had been reached and said: "From the info I have, [Milan owner Silvio] Berlusconi already decided to sack Allegri before the Malaga match... [but] Galliani keeps defending him."
