Queens Park Rangers have reached a settlement with Blackburn Rovers on a compensation fee of up to £4 million for Junior Hoilett.

Hoilett, 22, joined Rangers on a four-year deal after his Blackburn contract expired in the summer but, since he was under the age of 24, the Loftus Road club had to pay a fee.
By agreeing to make an initial payment of £3 million, with an additional £1 million depending on appearances, QPR have avoided going to a tribunal.
Hoilett has already played three times for QPR this season.
