Blackburn moved to the top of the league thanks to a Jordan Rhodes brace in a thrilling 5-3 win over Bristol City at Ashton Gate.
Rovers were behind inside the first minute through Albert Adomah's effort for City, but frontman Rhodes netted his first goal for the club, since his £8 million move from Huddersfield, to equalise.
Nuno Gomes got in on the act with a strike to give Rovers the lead, but Stephen Pearson restored parity and after Ruben Rochina put Blackburn back in front, Sam Baldock made it 3-3 with seven minutes to go.
But Rovers defender Scott Dann and Rhodes both struck in stoppage time to secure three points for Steve Kean's side.
Blackburn are now one point clear of Blackpool, who drew 1-1 at Barnsley.
Craig Davies put the Tykes ahead on 14 minutes before Tom Ince on the half hour.

Sixth-placed Nottingham Forest came from two goals down against Birmingham at the City ground to salvage a draw when Pablo Ibanez put one into his own net late on.
