Bojan, 21, signed for Roma last year from Barcelona in a deal that included a mandatory €13 million buy-back clause for 2013, but there has been talk of a move to another club this summer.

However, despite former Barcelona B boss Luis Enrique leaving the Giallorossi, Bojan remains eager to remain at the club.

"I will remain at Roma because I believe it is the best option for me," Krkic told Corriere dello Sport. "I am very happy and satisfied with my first year in Italy. I think next season will be the most important year of my career and I want to my best in the Italian league."

Bojan scored seven goals in 33 appearances for Roma in Serie A last season.

Meanwhile, defender Cicinho has completed his move to Sport Recife. The 31-year-old right-back signed a one-year deal with the Brazilian side.
