The point nudged Antoine Kombouare's side to 37 points from 18 games, the same record as Montpellier, who have a superior goal difference.
Kevin Gameiro missed a notable chance for PSG midway through the first half, but Lille, who remain in contention to defend their league title, had the better opportunities after the break as Mathieu Debuchy, Idrissa Gueye and Ireneusz Jelen all threatened.
Lille climbed a place to third with their point, putting them two points off the top.
Ludovic Sane's goal gave Bordeaux a 1-0 win that maintains their upward progress in Ligue 1 and plunges Sochaux into relegation trouble.
Sane struck in the 22nd minute at Stade Chaban Dalmas to seal a fourth successive home victory for Les Girondins. However, Mehmed Bazdarevic's Sochaux side have now picked up just one point from the last 15 available, leaving them just one point above the drop zone.
Fousseni Diawara scored a late winner as Ajaccio registered just their second win of the season as they beat slumping Rennes 1-0.
Diawara converted Johan Cavalli's cross with just seven minutes to go to condemn the visitors to their fifth successive defeat in all competitions. The win moves Ajaccio on to 12 points, six adrift of safety.
