USA international Michael Bradley is set to join Chievo from Borussia Monchengladbach.

It is suggested Bradley, 24, will sign a two-year deal with Serie A side Chievo. Bradley joined Monchengladbach from Heerenveen in 2008 before being loaned out to Aston Villa in January.

The American midfielder made just three Premier League appearances for Villa before returning to Germany. Chievo have now swooped for his signature with a deal said to be imminent.

Bradley's agent, Ron Waxman, told Insider: "Michael is very excited about the move. This is a chance to establish himself in Italy."
