Celtic's Scottish Cup quarter-final against Inverness Caledonian Thistle was postponed on Sunday due to a waterlogged pitch.

The game, which was due to take place at Inverness' Tulloch Caledonian Stadium, fell foul of an 8am pitch inspection.

Both clubs have said on their official websites that the tie will now take place on Tuesday, March 15, with a 19.45 (GMT) kick-off.

On Saturday, both quarter-final went to a replay as Aberdeen drew away to St Mirren and St Johnstone were held by Brechin City.

Dundee United and Motherwell meet at Tannadice on Sunday afternoon hoping to become the first team to secure a semi-final spot.
