Tigres go top with win over Puebla

Tigres Monterrey went top of the Mexican Clausura with a 3-0 victory over Puebla.

Goals from Hector Mancilla, Damian Alvarez and Carlos Ochoa were enough to put them two points clear at the summit.

Atlas climbed to fourth with a 1-0 win over 10-man Monterrey.

Gerardo Espinoza's 45th minute penalty secured the points before the visitors had Osvaldo Martinez dismissed shortly after the hour mark.

Julio Frias got the only goal as Jaguares beat Guadalajara 1-0 while Isaac Romo's goal earned Cruz Azul a 1-1 draw with Queretaro.

The game between Pachuca and San Luis ended goalless.
