Inter Milan have sacked coach Rafael Benitez, just four days after he led them to the FIFA Club World Cup title in Abu Dhabi.

Benitez, who only arrived at the San Siro in June after parting company with Liverpool a month earlier, had been under pressure in recent weeks following Inter's poor start to their Serie A campaign.
