Reports this week claimed that West Ham had placed a bid for striker Rickie Lambert, while left-back Luke Shaw and attacker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo have been touted with moves to Manchester United and Inter Milan respectively.

However, Pochettino, who says he is expecting a quiet January transfer window for the Saints, confirmed there has not been any concrete interest from other clubs.

"I've been here for a year and Rickie has been linked with a move many times," Pochettino said. "I am relaxed about that situation.

"We have no news on offers being made for Luke Shaw or Dani Osvaldo so there's nothing for me to comment on.

"In principle we don't have any intention to sign players this month. We still have 22 days left in the transfer window so we may change our minds but at the moment we don't have any business planned."
