Chelsea slipped to a 4-2 defeat against INAC Kobe Lionessa of Japan in the final of the International Women's Club Championship (IWCC) in Tokyo despite the best efforts of England international Rachel Williams to force a fightback.

Williams scored one and was involved in the Blues' second from Hannah Blundell as the English side tried to rally from 3-0 down and take the game into extra-time.

However, the game was then put beyond them as Emi Nakajima added a fourth for Kobe.
