Luis Suarez will be whisked home from Uruguay's World Cup playoff with Jordan in Liverpool owner John Henry's private jet to ensure he is ready for the Merseyside derby, according to widespread reports.

Uruguay's match kicks off at 11pm GMT on Wednesday, and Suarez was due to return to England on Friday -- just 24 hours before the Reds take on Everton at Goodison Park.

However, according to reports in The Guardian, Daily Mirror and The Times, Henry has send his personal plane from his home in Boston to Montevideo to bring Suarez back a day earlier.

When the game kicks off on Saturday, Suarez will have flown more than 17,000 miles in 10 days to play in the World Cup playoffs, which Uruguay lead 5-0 from the first leg.

Suarez has been in fine form since returning from a 10-match ban for biting Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic in April and is the joint top scorer in the Premier League this season alongside Liverpool teammate Daniel Sturridge and Manchester City's Sergio Aguero.
