Real boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed his new club are in talks to sign Bale, who scored 26 goals in all competitions for Spurs last season.

It is reported that the Liga giants have tabled a €100 million offer for the Wales international, although it is suggested Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is reluctant to sell.

The club could, however, be tempted into an agreement if Morata is involved, according to the Guardian and Daily Mail, with the striker having been tipped for a bright future.

Morata, 20, was the top goalscorer at the recent European Under-21 Championship and he has been backed to push for a regular first-team place at the Bernabeu this coming season.
