Partizan survive draw, red card

FK Partizan have survived a second-half sending off and a home 0-0 draw against Shirak to book their place in the third qualifying round of the Champions League.

Leading on away goals from the first-leg 1-1 draw in Armenia, Partizan held out against their visitors despite losing defender Vladimir Volkov in the 55th minute to a straight red card.

The Serbian side will now face Ludogorets Razgrad after the Bulgarians won 3-0 against Slovan Bratislava, turning a 2-1 first-leg loss into a 4-2 aggregate victory.

In other games, Maribor won 2-0 at home against Birkirkara to book their place in the next round, while Legia recorded a 4-1 aggregate score against TNS thanks to a 1-0 win at home in their second-leg clash.
