Bayern Munich chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has revealed the German champions have not been received any offers for the sale of Xherdan Shaqiri, adding he expects the midfielder to remain at the club next season.
Liverpool are the latest club to reportedly be interested in signing Shaqiri, with Bayern's summer signings providing him with a challenge to break into Pep Guardiola's starting line-up.
The Switzerland international made 17 starts for Bayern in all competitions last season, with Thomas Muller and Toni Kroos often placed ahead of him in the pecking order.
But Rummenigge insists Guardiola has been impressed by Shaqiri and is confident Bayern will be able to hold onto the playmaker.
"Nobody has called about Shaqiri. Right now there are no plans [to sell him]," he said. "The coach is completely satisfied with him. I think we will go into the season with the current squad."
