Paulinho has confirmed an offer has been made by Tottenham, as the Brazil midfielder ponders a move to the Premier League.
Paulinho has been linked with a switch to White Hart Lane in recent weeks, with his current club Corinthians stating a deal is close to completion.
The 24-year-old revealed a bid has been tabled, but will only decide on his future once his national team commitments have come to an end.
“There is an official offer from Tottenham to Corinthians. But, as I did when there was an Inter Milan offer, I’ll sit with my family before I make any decision.
“I will only do it after the Confederations Cup because it’s hard to deal with all these things,” he is quoted as saying in The Sun.
Real Madrid and Roma are also understood to be interested in Paulinho’s services, however it appears the Premier League is his preferred destination.
