Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins insists no clubs have contacted him about the availability of captain Ashley Williams, who has been tipped to leave the Liberty Stadium this summer.
Williams, 28, is believed to be a transfer target for Arsenal and Liverpool after two impressive seasons at the heart of the Swans defence in the Premier League.
But Jenkins says he has received no offers as yet for the Wales international, who skippered the club to Capital One Cup glory in February.
“While there seems to be constant speculation about Ashley Williams, I can honestly say that I have not had one call from anybody about him,” Jenkins told the South Wales Evening Post.
“There have been all sorts of stories in the press about what is happening with Ash but I have never heard anything from anyone.” Williams has been at Swansea since arriving from Stockport County in 2008.
