Former France boss Laurent Blanc has dismissed suggestions that he could join Paris Saint-Germain, Roma or Real Sociedad next season, insisting he has only refused an offer from the Italian club.

Blanc, who has been out of a job since quitting his post with Les Bleus last year, had been heavily backed to replace Philippe Montanier at Real Sociedad before Jagoba Arrasate took over at the club.

The 47-year-old has also been linked to lead Roma, with Aurelio Andreazzoli's position coming under scrutiny following a disappointing Serie A season.

But Blanc revealed he has only been approached by Roma.

"Yes I will [be looking for a new job], but at this moment, there is nothing," he told La Provence. "We can talk about many things, but the one thing I can say is it will not happen with Roma. They are the only club I have had real contact with, and it will not happen.

"Everything else is speculation. I also heard you sent me to Real Sociedad, but I never had any discussion with those people."

When further questioned on the possibility of succeeding Carlo Ancelotti at PSG, Blanc said: "Again, it's fantasy."
