The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland upheld a decision of FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber which ruled in February Nantes had encouraged Ismael Bangoura, 28, to break his contract with Dubai-based Al Nasr and move to the then-Ligue 2 club in January 2012.

Nantes, who were also condemned to pay a fine of €3.5 million to Al Nasr, will now take their appeal to a federal Swiss court.
